SFX Weekender is a ticketless event. When you book online, you will receive a booking confirmation with a unique booking reference. You will need to print out this information and bring it to the event. You will also need ID for check-in – this can be either your driving licence, passport or bank card.
All adult guests are required to bring photo ID.
Doors open at 5pm Thursday 2 February 2012 if you have VIP access or purchased pre-party access. For everybody else (including day pass holders), the site opens at 10am on Friday 3 February and the show kicks off at 11am.
Guests will be expected to leave the site at midday on Sunday unless you have upgraded to VIP - if this is the case, checkout is at 3.00 pm.
If you choose to have the express check-out option you are free to leave when you are ready. If you take the express check-out option and damages are found after you have left we will be within our rights to charge you for any unreported damage caused. However, if you prefer for your room to be checked for damages, please advise main reception and we will send a security officer to check your apartment. Once checked, your card authorisation will be released and you are free to leave. If you are booked info Silver or Gold accommodation there will be a supplement for late checkout should you require it. Please contact the call centre on 08700 110034 for more details.
Yes, but to do so you will need a signing pass, at least for actors (comic creators and authors will sign for free). Signing passes are included in the price of the VIP package. If you book a Silver or Gold package, you can add as many signing passes to it as your party needs, at an additional £30 per person. Everyone with signing passes will have equal priority. Signing passes are not transferable from person to person. Once you have your signing pass, there will be no additional charges for obtaining signatures; BUT PLEASE NOTE printed photos of the actors or other signable items are not included. Your signing pass only entitles you to one signature per guest. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will get any particular guest's signature - that's dependent on how long a guest is available to sign for, and the amount of demand for their signature. Authors and comic creators will sign autographs in a different area of the venue for free, although you may want to purchase one of their books.
We are now able to take deposits payments if bookings are made prior to 30 November 2011. Deposits are £51 per person and balances will be due in by 30 November 2011. To pay balances, please contact us on 08700 11 00 34.
